My name is Irene V. Chestnut. My phone number is (Personal Information Removed). I hired Brett Elam esq. To handle my bankruptcy case. After all documents had been filed with full disclosure to the attorney, Brett Elam states that it is my fault for clearly filing wrong and fouling up the case. It was clearly stated and documents given to hime showing we were doing bankruptcy for a building that i own in a llc. Documents and paperwork. Bills for the building are in the name of the llc. Three months later we find out nothing was accomplished and not even a basic stay of the llc we done. We find out after the fact that all this time he did not have a clue what he was doing. He has taken 3100.- in fees blatant malpractice was being done. When questioned about this in a in person conference he placed the blame on us when anyone can see and figure out that he is at fault. Brett Elam does not have a clue what he is doing as an attorney. I have a paper trail to prove my allegation. I beg of you to look into this matter and help the public not be ruined by this man again. He does not belong practicing law. I am beyond ruined by Brett Elam. I dont know what to do. This man acts like i am dumb and have no rights as if i live in a third world nation. So much is on file with the court and the trustee in the case.in the very begining the trustee of the court has on file my intent of filing. The eason for filing. The nature of my property on file. A paper trail of emails between me and Brett Elam esq on file. This should never happen to anyone. I never asked for a personal bankruptcy. I am homesteaded in the state of florida and can wait a good while to correct the financial situation and file my own personal bankruptcy. The trustee has everything on file with the court. No attorney should curse there client out of his office for asking simple questions which show he is at fault for what has happend. No person, Brett Elam should push into and physically bump a clients family member which accompanied me to the in person conference at his office. So many wrongs have been done please help me and my family. We need your help desperately.
