Brett Wraight of GoLabs.com found my project on GetaCoder.com and said he could do my project. After sending payment 1 of 4 for $700, Brett Wraight of GoLabs kept saying he was working on the project, trying to delay the time past 45 days, so that PayPal couldn't recover the funds (PayPal has a 45 day period in which you can submit a claim, but you are out of luck after that time).
After the 45 day mark, Brett Wraight of GoLabs stopped communication with me. I have sent numerous emails, and he blocked me from Skype. I have filed a report with this site, PayPal, and also the Internet Crimes task force.
Do not trust Brett. He sounded like a very honest guy, and his selling point was that he gives you daily updates. This is a lie. He will take your money and run. I highly doubt this guy has any programming experience.
I have used many outsourcing providers for many projects and have never had this happen to me before.
