I really need some help resolving my unemployment issues. Unemployment has not sent me a check since 8/12, they made me go through a hearing my employer didn't request and refused to come (I won the hearing), then they told me that I didn't call in right. Marvin took all my calls, every week. I admit I did miss 3 of the dates but now more of them. Regarless that has been settled, but I still have no check. They now owe me almost 3 thousand dollars. I have been to the problem resolution office in Saginaw and they told me to go home and wait, that was in November. I am still waiting. Please help.
