I have used Teleflora in past with mixed results. The first few times (beginning about 5 years ago) I was happy with the flowers sent. However, the last time I sent flowers I was VERY disappointed in the both the size and quality of the arrangement. It was so small, and half the flowers were dead or wilting. When I called to complain, I was put into a never-ending phone circle that got me nowhere. Email at least got me a response. When I expressed my complete dissatisfaction for their product, the most they would do was offer me 50% off my next purchase. This was even a stretch to get, so I reluctantly accepted it. Still steaming from the horrible service, I did not use the %u201Ccoupon%u201D for almost a year. When the time came that I was cooled down enough and ready to try it again, I was told that the coupon had expired! When I emailed (because calling them is useless), I was basically told %u201Ctoo bad%u201D, and they would not reactivate the code. I explained why I received this and they did not care.
Now we move to the latest effort. I will admit that I should have quit after the last failed attempt, but I like that they are one of the few places that will actually deliver the flowers already arranged, not in a box like others. I spent $50 on the %u201CDeal of the Day Bouquet%u201D, hoping this would give me a much better arrangement for my price. I was embarrassed when my fiancée sent me a picture of the flowers. They were in a small vase, and the total arrangement was about 10%u201D tall and contained 7 flowers total (cheap carnations at that), and some greens! As she stated, %u201CI know you probably spent a lot of money on these, but I would not pay more than $5.00 at a grocery store for them%u201D.
