I purchased the winter sport mask on October 14. I called the company at 416-628-8282 and 416-907-6019. They told me a story about issues with the products to enter Canada, the said that I was going to received my product in no more than two weeks. At the beginning of the third week I call and call and a woman that identified herself as "just a maid" said that she didn't know anything, that the people in charge were in India. I contact them via e-mail on January 18. I got a reply in a few hous telling me:
"Hi
Most of customers received the product and should receive them anytime. However, we would like to deposit $15 into your account and no need to ship the product back once it get delivered.
Appreciate your understanding.
Regards
Team DG"
I send them again an e-mail on February 4 asking them for the refund they promissed, I have no answer, and they don't pick up the phone or returned the messages.
