I ordered 14-day trial pack ($4.95) of purasilk on January 9 and received a mail on January 11 saying that shipping of product has been done on the same date i.E. On January 11. I received the product on Feb 05, nearly more than three weeks after the date of shipping. Suddenly, on Feb 7, my credit card was automatically debited for Rs. 5547/-. Company says trial 14 days trial offer ends 14 days after our order date. If we don't receive the product even after three weeks, how does the offer end? And what is the purpose of further debit for Rs. 5547/- if we don't do any further transaction except $4.95? I am quite sure that it is a fraud. I tried to call on the given number but it is busy continuously.
