I have purchased snoring product in Feb and returned it in 5 days, since then i am trying to contact them via email they said once rufund was issued and i i checked nothing was refunded, they do

My name is Cal S, i have been scammed by Mysnoringsolutions by purchasing there product and returning it the way it says on there website within 5 days, since 2012 i have not seen refund. They did reply saying refund was issued and it was not. I have used my Bank debit card and it is impossible to fight with Bank and them together. Will file case to the court following week of January will be one year in February since i have this headache. But i will not give up i have all the rights to get my money back just any scammers take it from me!
