Charged me twice - Billing practices/website erro

I tried to book a package deal through orbitz and was charge twice so my bank declined it. Now they are holding 575 for 7-10 days and i won't be able to go on my trip. Never ever use this service they are not willing to help me do anything all i want Is for the money to be used as a credit so i can rebook my trip. Customer service was terrible and they are not admitting they charge me twice. My bank said if they would send them a fax saying they r refunding the money my bank will release the hold but spirit or orbit won't even do that. This company is full of bs!!!
