We just tried to book a package for round trip tickets and a stay in a hotel for 7 night in Hawaii and first it gave a message stating the "bank" denied, but when we went online to check it was debited from the account. I called them and the customer service woman told me she would call the bank and have them release the funds because they were not showing a reservation for a package. That she saw a transaction for the airfare only?! If i booked specifically for the vacation package and on the "review and book" page, it showed the tickets and the hotel. Apparently, their website and what they use are very different. Either way we are supposed to be leaving in
