I order an internet service by phone on january 11, and the customer representative sold me not only the dsl internet connection but also the landline phone that i did not needed. The case is that after one week of promising to receive the equipment i did not receive it; therefore, i decided to cancel the service including the internet and the phone line. Now they are requesting from me to pay 28.75 for one month service that i never got and/or used. Please revew my case and discard the charges because i never received and used your service.
