This company has issued me a contract agreement#CCH1006634, Primary Care Elite Coverage. I have contacted this company on numerous ocassions in order to have repairs done to my vehicle. Ihave3 only recieved a responsefrom them that that part is not covered. Lately, Jan 2 my vehicle quit running, my repair shop contacted them in order to get authorization to fix the repair. They informed them that my contract had expired/cancelled as of 9 November. Despited the fact hat I had paid a premium of 191.00 USD on 1 November. After lmany calls and conversations I finally got them to reinstated my policy. Also, I was given the go ahead to inform my repair shop to call and have the authorization given to make the repair. I was contacted today and was told that the repair again was not covered. I feel that I have been getting the run around from this company. The contract cost 3832.00 USD and I have recieved 0000.00USD coverage. Theirt motto is peace of lmind for that next bump in the road-all I have been getting is nightmares.
