I took my vehicle to get a repair by the owner/mechainic of Pro Mobile Repair and ended up disappointed and taken advantage of. I paid for a specific repair and to my surprise found my vehicle to continue to have the same problems. I contacted the owner & scheduled to return my vehicle for repairs again. The owner cancelled the day of my appointment & then stopped answering my phone calls.
I decided to take that as a sign of bad business & took my vehicle to a recommended, trust worthy auto shop. The mechanic ran a diognostic test & informed me that my vehicle needed THE SAME REPAIRS THAT I HAD PAID PRO MOBILE AUTO REPAIR TO DO! HE POPPED THE HOOD & SHOWED ME THE OLD WORN PARTS & OBVIOUSLY THE REPAIR WAS NEVER DONE!!!
I was upset & once again had to pay hundreds of dollars to get the repair done. My vehicle is now running well, but my faith & trust in the owner of this company is gone. I advise anyone considering getting any auto repairs by this company to look elsewhere. Beware!!!
