Browsed the site order the hair, they didn't take the money out my account?! Emailed to ask why, they apologised took the money out, sent they hair-forgot to tell me that there was a custom charge to pay as it reached the UK, i emailed again telling them about this - they offered to pay half the charge-they haven't, in the meantime id already ordered more hair, they did actually take the money out my a count this time, i emailed to say they haven't come they mailed me to say that its been shipped, i rang the deliver company up. They said they received a invoice of the item but not items were sent!
ITS DISGUSTING that they can treat their customers in this way, the place needs to be shut down! They should not be aloud to trade! Its basically theft!
