I purchased 22" tape in hair extensions and when my package arrived it was 20" clip in extensions (never tracking info or email with receipt of purchase but I have my paypal receipt proving what I paid for). I emailed them and they asked me to provide photos of what I received. This is our back and forth:
Me - quot;As you can see from photos attached, I received the 20" clip in extensions. I included a screen shot of my pay pal receipt that shows I ordered the 22" tape in hair extensions. There is no receipt in the package with the hair."
Them - quot;Dear Customer,
Thanks for your mail, we have checked it for you, it is 20" Natural Black (#1b) 20pcs Tape In Human Hair Extensions, your understanding will be much appreciated"
I don't even understand the email back to me. Seems like they are trying to tell me what I received is what I ordered. At least the clip ins are the right color, but I'll never order from here again. I want what I paid for.
