The web site said its human hair. When i got it in the mail it was not human hair, i am a comotoligest and I know hair. I took one strand of the hair and tested it with my straitener like they said you could do and it burnt right up. On there site they tell you that you can put heat to it and fix it just like you would fix your own hair because its human hair. Then when i email them to tell them i was very unhappy they told me i was a layer and that there hair is human hair. They asked me to send them a pic and that they would give me a refund back, they email me back telling me that they could only give me a partial refund back of $10 so i told them what am I going to do with that I spent a lot of money on hair that was going to be human hair and it was not. Now they keep emailing me back arguing with me about it and treating me like crap. Now they just sent me an email saying "You mean you finally accept $15 refund? That would be great!
We will refund you within two weeks, is that OK?
Please advise. Thank you" So I don't know what else to do??? This hair was for my birthday and now i wont have it.
