At first I found their website with all their videos and models. And professionals hair extensionist. I was so excited to finally found the right one. So i ordered the 18" medium brown remy hair (12 pieces). I was super excited to get it and I didn't mind paying extra $20 for shipping. HOWEVER, when i get it in the mail and open the package. I was so shocked because the quality was soooo bad. It was like the hair has gone through many many times of being straighten by a straighten iron or something. Splitted end, frizzy and dry.
I then compare to the hair i'd bought at Sally Beauty Supply a few days ago and I couldn't believe my eyes to see how smooth and soft the hair i bought from Sally is compare to the one from hairextensionsale.com. Each piece of hair from hairexentionsale.com VERY fine and thin. Liked i mentioned earlier. I've ordered 12 pieces from them and the amount of total hair only equivalent to 7 pieces that i bought from Sally. The hair i bought from Sally Beauty. Each strands of hair equal up in lengths and make each piece looks very nice and smooth. And much thicker as well. You know if you love the extensions when you just love petting the hair because its so silky and smooth. But the one i got from hairextensionsale.com? I feel gross touching it. Blah
The money i spent of hairextenisonsale.com and Sally when i purchased each product is about the same. So the quality shouldn't be that much of a difference.
Now about hairextensionsale.com hair extensions clips. Their clips are bulky and the sewing was crooked and not in placed.
Overall: super disappointed and I was on vacation during New Year so I didn't have time to check their return shipping rule about having to notify them within 48 hours if you want to return... And now i can no longer return and I don't know what Im going to do with their hair...
Please do not waste your money!!! Go to a shop where you can actually see the extensions and make sure you like it and the quality and if its really worth the money.
