I saw an add on the internet for Cellan & Coleanse back in October.
I had tried numerous other wait loss products but this sounded really good so I sent away for my trial samples for $5.95 USD each.
On the 17 October my credit card was debited for the $5.95 USD x 2, which was for each product plus 0.17 cents x 2 for the Foreign exchange amount.
Again on the 5 November I was charged $177.94 Aud for both products. I phoned Cellan and was told that because I had notified them that I didnt want to continue with the product after the trial sample, I had to be charged. I replied to them that I had not seen anything regards this when taking up the sample offer. I was basically told tough luck. I advised them that I didnt want anymore products and requested a refund.
The operator told me I couldnt get a refund for the amounts on the 5 November and that the next lot had already been dispatched.
I was then charged again on the 4 December the amount of $177.09 Aud for the products which had already been sent which i hadnt yet received.
I phoned Cellan again and was told a refund couldnt be given on these products until I had received them and sent them back. I received these on the 21 December and because of Xmas couldnt return till the first week in January.
It is now the 7 Februay 2013 and I still have not received my refund back to my credit card.
Is there anything you can do to help.
