Four orders late or damaged, plus weather excuse in Minnesota

I have had 4 orders from FedEx delivered to my door in the past year. Every single one of them was either late or damaged! In the past year I have also had 9 orders from UPS. UPS has never damaged or been late with my delivery!

Tonight I waited for my package. At 6:30 pm I got an email saying they could not deliver because of weather! What? It is cold, and it is Minnesota! We have cold weather 6 months out of every year! FedEx is the worst!
