FedEx
Packages Always Delivered at Night, Last One at 8:30 PM

Amazon uses various delivery services, including FedEx. My FedEx deliveries are always made at night - last night it was 8:30 PM. I cannot figure out how to complain directly to FedEx, so I wrote to Amazon. I was advised that I cannot specify a delivery service when I place an order and that Amazon cannot stop assigning my orders to FedEx. If this continues much longer, I will have to curtail my Amazon orders.

Amazon, please stop using FedEx.
