I have a package coming from Irving, TX to STL, MO, which was sent out on 1/3 and today is Friday 1/10 and they are going to only deliver it on 1/13. Their package tracking site has been updated three days in a row citing bad weather, which is false. There was a snow storm over the last weekend and the weather was not good on 1/4 and 1/5. I and the whole community around me drives out and in to the neighborhood without any issues, however FedEx delivery cites weather as a reason for non-delivery. USPS has been delivering mail everyday without any issues. I will never use nor recommend FedEx to anyone. The customer service at FedEx has a template of standard answers and they cannot tell anything beyond it.
