I went to BB with the $50 off coupon on the 22nd. After 20 min drive, 30 min in the store and being told it was not valid and 20 minute drive home, I chatted with Customer Service to request $50 compensation for their print error.
No interest in taking care of a customer. I advised I'd wait 5 days for compensation and they had a chance to turn lemons into lemonade. No reply. So, I will no longer buy from BB.
They don't seem to care about making up for their errors.
Don't seem to be a customer focused company. I've got SO MANY other choices.
