Hello, I just informed Pizza Hut of how badly they responded to my customer service issue. Store 22113 is very bad with making your pizza, even if it’s a standard request. I emailed Pizza Hut about this service that has been on-going and I refuse to drive further away, only to have a cold pizza when I get home. Their response, was to give a pitiful free pizza coupon for the multiple issues store 22113 has been have with its customers and to add to this the want-a-be customer service rep did not refer to the issue at hand, no apologies just like the store itself, and thinks a coupon for one pizza will resolve anything. Review the complaints on all the websites of this nature, there are way too many customers complaining about Pizza Hut’s products, Customer Service Reps, and over-all how they are running their business. This means that this corporation no longer cares about its consumers and will allow their products to continue being substandard then how they use to be 10-20 years ago. I guess it’s time Pizza Hut close down their doors, if they cannot change their attitude back to giving 100% satisfaction to their customer service and how they should care about their products in the food industry. Unfortunately, there are no other pizza places out there that I care for and I have tried them all. I guess frozen pizza will be my alternative option, even though it’s not my preference, but it’s better than getting food poisoning half the time. Very upset, on longer Pizza Hut fan
