Have been a Firestone faithful for 15 years (Reading, PA and San Diego, CA). This Pottstown location is horrible! Every time that I go there I walk out feeling dirty and wondering why in the world did I go there. The prices are way above anyone in the area and the staff is rude and frankly, not too bright. They would not redeem a coupon bc it was not a 'clear' print. The clerk mocked me for using a coupon for my Mercedes... He (Jordan) said that I needed to 'pay to play'. Understand that this was a special that Firestone was running on its official site... They pulled it up on their computers, but would not print it for me. I had to drive home to print the coupon. As I sat at my computer I realized that this is not the way a customer should be treated. I returned to the store, presented the coupon and told them that I will never again bring my business to another Firestone.
