Received a certificate in the mail in December from Capital Choice saying that I was already approved for $5,000 credit limit and the fee was $39.00. Because I am trying to reestablish my credit, I mail the $39.00 in to a Flordia address. The $39.00 clear by bank around January 11/12, but was entered as a debit - however the check I sent never cleared. When I called the bank to check on the debit because I didn't have a record of a debit for $39.00, they gave me an 800 phone number (800) 874-9164. I called the number and was told that I should receive by card in approximately 10 days. Well, to date I have received no card and the phone # rings busy all the time -finally on today approximately 10:10 A.M. (during the writing of this e-mail) I called and received a voice mail for customer service and I left a message. I asked for my money back or I would file a report against them for fraud.
