Capital Choice Consumer Credit
Capital Choice Credit Card got my money Did not receive card or a refund

I received a letter in the mail offering me a 15,000 pre-approved gold card. I sent $43.00 for rush processing and delivery on december 6th. On December 29th I received a package with a catolog in it. I called the number provided and they Kelly said to mail the entire packet to them. On January 2nd I mailed the entire packet to them. And today I called to see where my money is and they said that they did not receive my packet.
