I paid for an eye/contact lens exam back on 02/29. I was told that they did not have my prescription in stock, would have to order it; therefore, they would give me a trial pair that was something "close to it." No one ever contacted me to pick up my lenses; I called constantly and was finally told that they had never been ordered! Weeks later (three weeks) they gave me two trial pairs which were still not my prescription! The only reason I received those was because I called the vision center constantly! Their solution was " where cheaters (a pair of reading glasses) with your contacts." I tried to do this only to encounter eye pain and headaches.
I've waited this long to make this complaint because I didn't want to deal with it. Unfortunately, I have no choice: within the last few days, I've tried to obtain information regarding my prescription and want me to schedule another exam! That's hilarious!!! The doctor and the staff are completely incompetant and rude. I want all of my records with both exam and results along with compensation for the fees I paid for and the services that I never received!
