I had to telephone Amazon in the US at my expense to be told that my device cannot be repaired or replaced, but that I am welcome to UPGRADE it at a price. I've had the device for just more than a year and have invested in a great deal of content which I haven't even looked at yet! The screen has died. WHAT A RIP-OFF!!! Amazon - you multinational PARASITE, treating us in the third-world with disdain. Shame on you!
