When u enter this office and go to the reception area they are very helpful..., that is until it comes to "signature required". At the front desk on top they have a device that captures signattures by consumers. You are told to sign over and over again but you are not given i repeat you are not given copies of what you are signing for, until after the fact. I truly beleive this is very deceptive towards the consumer.
