Horrible customer service. 7 weeks into an order and still cannot get a refund. This is a huge conglomerate store with so many employees that they don't even know who their bosses are. They don't take notes, as is apparent with every phone call to a different agent. Don't make the mistake of ordering from this store. They don't make any of their product, they are a distributor and have no quality control. After 19 years of wearing a military uniform, I am disturbed that this company calls itself "American". We need to put this one out of business so that the good ones can survive.
