My sister and I are being denied even going on to the property of Three Notch Veterinary Hospital. Our animals are being denied medical care and the previous records of their care are being refused to be sent to other veterinaries to be cared for and I personally have been denied recently even though I have in the passed payed my bill. I am being denied because one Jeannie Bates has a personal vendetta against my sister a former employee of eight years. She was told recently when applying for another job that when asked on a refferance that her job nor her superviser had ever existed there. We went to this veterinary to get an older pet of mine humanly put down so she would not suffer any longer pain. When told that there was a previous unpayied balance we offered to pay on the spot and we were denied once again. Said balance is not even my sister's who had worked there. Another sibling went in with animals and Jeannie Bates authorized them to be put under her former employees name without her permission. We have gone into the veterinary after it had happened to pay for the bill and where yet again denied. Jeannie Bates did not even wait the proper period of time before turning over the account to a collection agency. Throughout the years they have repeatedly bashed my sister's named to several people who have called them with questions about her and her work history.
