At the beginning of Jan my dvr remote was not working I called in and the guy I was talking too kept yawning and kept saying he did not know when I asked for a supervisor he said " there is not one close" I asked if he got up could he get one and he said yes. Finally he came back and said he supervisor said just to ship me a new dvr and remote with free shipping and a box and label to ship back. I got the box it had a digital box not a dvr in it and the box itself did not worked I called in and they said it was a faulty box just send it back I went to send it back and there was no shipping label in the box just the paper that a label would have been on. I had a service call and had the man leave a digital box as a MGR that I spoke with the night that the sleeping guy made the big mess and he did charge me for the shipping. The MGR told me to send the dvr back and then once it was in stock I could have the digital box I have in my bedroom as my main box that way I would get the free box that my pkg said I got. As I have had to pay for the free box for 4.5 yrs. I call and thell them I want to get a dvr and they send out a guy who smelled so bad it was awful he was almost 45 minutes early He came in and put his boots on hooked up the dvr and was out he door in less then 20 minutes he came in and out a couple times and left the booties on and drug snow and oil from the drive onto my powder blue carpet. The dvr did not work at all he said oh its ok he would call back in an hour it needed to download and it would be fine. He broke my tv stand left the tv sitting crooked on the stand and I said will the remote work the the tv he said yeah I said what about all the writing on the screen. He said it would go away. He did not call for hours it was over 6 hours from the time he got here when he called the dvr did not work for hours and finally it shut off and came on and I had no guide on it. I missed a family get together waiting on my call back... I call the next day as I had no guide still I got 2 more outsource employees he was one also and they sent 2 signals to the box one lady got into my Comcast act. With my password and everything and when we got off the phone my remote would not even work I called back in and the lady was an actual employee of Comcast and she said both people sent signals that were for a different box.By this time I had been on the phone 5 hrs and my family had moved the dinner to Sunday and finally they gave up and just ate without me and I still have NOTHING WORKING
