Comcast contractor (GLCC) installed digital box and did not install vcr. I called Comcast, complained and asked for a jumper at which point I was told "it works dosen't it?" and told that I must go to my local office to get jumper. I thought it was a call center; it wasn't, it was the main office who told me this. I called back to speak with the customer service supervisor and was kept on hold for 20 minutes. The supervisor didn't know who I was or why I was calling and made NO attempt to rectify the problem. NEEDLESS to say I dropped digital service and took box back. All of this could have been avoided with a jumper..
