Today is Jan 27th.
My car the part of the brake system was stolen and the two tires of the passengers side were broken. The car was permitted to park at a local private complex parking lots.
How the towing company towed the car away and until now the owner of the car still has nothing paper work from the towing company at all after the owner of the vehicle Yuanfan Xu have contacted with the towing company numerious times by visiting (at least 5 times), phone calls (at least 10 times), and emails (two times).
Until the Dec 14th., the owner called the office again. A male said all of the paper already sent to the owner but when the owner told them the owner never receved nothing from them about the informatoin how they towed the car away. And also the towing company rejected to re-send the information to the owner they said they sent but blamed on the post office or the mail might be lost in somewhere and asked the owner of the car to ask DMV to get the copied because they also sent all of the information to the DMV.
Since the owner of the car needed to go to other state/places to the treatment of the injuries, the owner came back recently and then contacted with the DMV last week and found out the DMV has no any information about the car.
The DMV headquarter asked the owner to contact with the DMV local for the investigation and meanwhile to contact with the high way patrol who is the only agency who could control those towing company who have no one to oversee them and they could do whatever they wanted to do with all of the vehicls.
The car owner contacted with the police office at local when the owner visited local car related store who asked the owner to contact with the police department to get the car information.
Then the owner of the car found it out the car is under someone else' name now and asked me to contact with the DMV for the release information about the car.
My car license plate number is 4HSX547. Toyota/Corolla 2000. The primary owner purchased on October of 1999 at Longo of Los Angeles. It is a financial car and paid by monthly payment and already paid in full years ago.
I am concerning of those criminal car stealers' politiic dirty retaliation if I send their information online now since I am still at local. I was alreadty hit/injuried by those local legal criminal's who was not the local person but re-located/moved from the North of California to this place car hit in 2011 while I walked across the street at local.
