This company towed my motorcycle. When I arrived at the tow yard, they refused to let me inspect the bike until they had rolled it into the street, and made me sign paperwork through the bars of the gate. They charged me $175.
Then I realize the bike has been damaged. They deny everything and tell me that I caused the damages myself. They also say that because I did not inspect the vehicle in the yard, and I signed their paperwork, they are no longer liable.
They refuse to provide insurance or owner/management information and tell me to "shove it up my #$, get an attorney and take us to court."
