I had a initial anual subscription which was due for renewal on Jan 2nd 2013 this was costing $159.99. We wanted to change to Marathi annual pack whcih was for $99.99. So customer service told us go ahead and subscribe for new package and they will cancel our old subscription and refund $159.99.
So we immediately subscribed for new package on 2nd Jan. But since then we have not received refund of $159.99 and we do not get any proper answers by when it will be refunded. Our old channels are already cancelled.
They do not have phone support for billing issues, we always chat with customer serveice and everytime they just say its in process but no confirmed date or time when amount will be refunded.
