I ordered from for a total of 160$ on Sept 22nd 2012. I live in Montreal, Canada, they told me that I would receive my procuct on the Oct 21st 2012, wich I did'nt. I called them on Oct 30th, telling them that I never received my medication and asked, right then, for a refund. They told me that they had to, first, try for a reshippment before they could go on with a refund. I was a bit upset but I could understand the procedure, so I accepted to wait for a second try. I was then suppose to receive the product at the end of November 2012, but still nothing (!!!), called them back in early december to finally get my refund and, "surprise", they told me that I had to wait for TWO reshippements before giving me my refund! I was very upset, explained them what I've been told the fist time I called, they said I was misinformed and that there was no refunds possible before those two attempts of reshippements. Felt like I did not have any other choices but told them that I did not see how it would work this time if the first two times did fact, I learned afterwards, that it was the Customs duty board that was always sending back the package because that Cie is not aloud here in Canada. I was suppose to receive my package on Jan 17th 2013 and, of course, did not. I called again, saying that I've been througth all their procedures and wanted my refund. They told me that I had to try a reshippement to another adress!!! What??! I asked to speak to a supervisor once again (very hard to finally get to them) and told them that there was no way that I would do so and that anyway, wathever other adress I could've give them (friends or parents) they were all in Canada, so it would not be working more, and that i was certainly not to move to the US to please them. They finally agreed to send my request for a refund, but the day after got a call from their "refund department" telling me that they could not go on with that request because the delay was expired! OOOOOh was I mad!!! That must be a joke, they are the one who told me I had to wait for two reshippments, what a SCAM! The supervisor is suppose to call me back, but I already went to the police and to the "Protection of the consumer's office" and for sure it won't stop there! I'll be getting my money back wathever the "medsoffers supervisor" tells me when he'll call back, if he ever does. That's robery, and I'll make sure everybody knows that. Don't ever do business with them. Scam scam scam.
