I ordered 3 ink cartridges on jan. 15 2007 to be delivered in2-3 business days. On the 19th I called to track shipment because I didn't receive them. I was told to wait 1-2 more days then call back. I asked for a credit so I could just pick them up (I live 10 minutes away from their store / warehouse. They said they couldn't do that. So I waited till the 22nd and called. I was told to wait 2-3 more days that there was nothing that they could do. "the computers won't let them issue a refund until after fifteen business days" I explained that I didn't want a refund, that I just wanted a credit so I could pick them up. I asked them to track the package and was told that they could not find any tracking information for"some reason" and to call back. I called back on the 24th and 25th and was told Their was nothing I could do but wait 2-3 more days. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told she was busy and would call me back. I never got a call back. Again called on the 27th to give it one more shot I spoke to a customer service rep. I was told their was nothing they could do that they shipped it and I would have to wait until the post office agreed the the package was lost. This could only take place after the 5th of February. After again just asking for a credit not a refund I got the same answers. Even after finally speaking to a "supervisor" she said her hands were tied by company policy and their was nothing she could do. Sad to say after being a customer for 3 years I will have to purchase my cartridges elsewhere. And inconvenience me by having to contact my credit card company and protest the charges. So much for 123inkjets and their poor policies...
