Non response to service requests

In the past 2 weeks this company has NOT responded to repeated requests for service at this Sidney NY location. Their service has been awful for the past few years but now it is ZIP.
They (Mac-Gray) have my money already (card), but I still have to take my invalid wife to an outside laundry and spend more money to get clothes washed and dryed.
Some repeat problems have been on some machines for YEARS.
They come, plug things back in and leave without effecting a proper repair.
Can anyone spell F R A U D???
