They called me on the phone and mislead me as to what they were selling. After I received the packeage I discoved it was not what I was told.
Called the company and told them I wanted a refund becasue I was mislead. They told me to send back the entire package I had received from them. THey insructed me to send it certified and upon receiving it I would get my refund in full with 3- 5 business days.
I followed the instructions. I did not receive the money so on day 6 I called them. They told me " Oh no mam it takes 5- 7 days so give it a couple more days".
I waited 2 more days. I then called back. This makes it day day 8. They then tell me "Mam, the refund process takes 7-10 business days so wait a few more your refund is processing."
I waited until day 11 and still no refund and call back. At this time they tell me "The refund process actually takes 12-14 business days so you need to give it more time." I demanded to take to a supervisor. They told me that one was not available and hung up on me.
I waited 5 more business days so this is now day 16 and call back. This time they tell me "The refund department is back up by a week so I should receive my refund in a week." I again demand a supervisor and they tell me it is not possible to talk to a supervisor and they hang up on me.
I still do not have a refund.
