I watched the program one late night in August and thought it was something I might like to do. A rep called me to set up my web site and i ended up upgraded my site to the media package.

I was not able to afford the total amount for the entire package so I was given a deal. I would pay $1495 and the rest would come out of paychecks that I would recieve later. I agreed and gave the rep my credit card number.

Two days (I had 30 to cancel) after I bought the program, August 21, I called in to cancel it and get a refund. They said that it would not be a problem however, it would take two billing cycles before the refund would show up on my statement. I did not like that I asked them why they could not refund it right away. They said it was just company policy. So I felt that I had to agree.

When I recieved my October statement awaiting my refund, I was surprised to see that the refund had not been issued. I called the company and spoke to a manager in quality management and explained to him that I had not receive my refund. He said that he would put my request in the priority bin and it would be another 4-6 weeks before I would get my refund.

I was very upset and asked to speak to his supervisor, and he told me he was the supervisor. So again, I felt that I just had to wait for my refund.

In December I still had not recieved my refund. I called again to find out what happened. Now, the person was telling me that all refunds take 2 billing cycles and I would have to wait another two. I said "NO." I told them I had already waited 4 months and would not wait any longer. She apologized and said that she would put my refund in the priority bin again. I told her that that had already been done and asked how come it was taking so long. She was not able to give me an answer.

After that I tried to call my credit card company to see if they could fight the charge and they said that nothing could be done, I would have to wait for the refund.

I called dozens of times until February. I asked the quality managers for the accounting phone number. They advised me that there was no way to contact the accounting department, they had no phones. I said that was bull*&$#. And all they continued to tell me is that they would put it in the priority bin.By this time, my request had gone into the priority bin 9 times.

It is now July, almost one year. If there is anyone that would like to file a class action law suit, I want to join or will help to start one. We would need at least 10 people for the law suit. Please contact me.
