I checked my bank statement on 11/27 to find a charge for $39.95 from the day before that I had not authorized. Had to call my bank to get their number. When I called I had to wait for 1 and 1/2 hour for anyone to answer and then when he (Kenneth) did and I explained my problem, he got defensive and rude. I told him I did not authorize the charge and that I wanted my money back and he told me "if you continue to use that language, ma'am, I will hang up". At no time did I raise my voice or swear and told him so. I again told him that I did not make this charge and that I wanted my money refunded so he put me on hold again. Afer he came back he said that I had purchased a work from home product and I agreed to the charge. Again I told him I did not make the charge but he kept trying to tell me I had agreed to it. Finally, when I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said that because I had called so quickly, he would go ahead and refund my money to my card. 2 and 1/2 hours later and the request to speak to his supervisor finally gets me what I wanted in the first place. He tried to tell me that it was not his company that made the charge until I pointed out to him that his company name and number was listed as the charging entity and he changed his tune! Then he told me the refund would take 7 to 10 business days and when I asked why he said that was standard procedure. He gave me a cancellation number and I am gong to watch for it very closely.
