This is the third time I have shopped at this store and tried to purchase an item that clearly had a sale sign in front of it. The bar code was the same as the sign but when I tried to purchase the items I am told that the item is not on sale for that price. I asked to speak to a store manager each time and was told they would not honor the sign that was company policy. I took pictures today of the items I tried to purchase if this is helpful. I do know that this is against the law but don't know who to report it to. I worked in retail as a teenager and my boss was a stickler for proper pricing and signage. We were taught that it was false advertisement. Please assist me in what steps to take to stop this from continuing to happen in a store that I loved and shopped in frequently.
