I ordered the day and night serum for 4.95 shipping charge 14 day trial period. The ad was very misleading and did not know they would take the 99.00 from my credit card. I am disputing this with the company because I did not even have the serum for 14 days. It took about 5 days to receive it. When I called and complained the person on the other end was extremely rude and hung up when I asked if they would even charge me a lesser amount or if I could send it back. The stuff isn't any better than some other serum you would purchase at a neighborhood store. Do not buy!!!
