I ordered a large number of items for my Matag dryer to repair and do maintenance on parts that wear out. Unfortunately, I purchased them from PWS Laundry. They are completely dishonest and misrepresent their products and services. From the website you would think that they have appliance parts for sale. They do not. What they do is take your order and submit it to third party in Colorado. Worse they supply no information on parts that you ordered and are on backorder. Still worse, I called them to verify what was actually sent in the order and they refused to answer my question on what was backordered. When I got the shipment from the company in Colorado that actually was filling my order, I learned that only one of the parts ordered was shipped. These crooks don't get better... I called them to cancel the entire order. They refused and stonewalled me about whether or not they would actually cancel the order. They said they would call me back. They did not call me back - ever. I called them and learned absolutely nothing. They refused to tell me the status of the order. Crooks of the first order.
