I've had quite the worst customer service experience I've ever had with this company. Their communication is horrible. I ordered my glasses but then didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks. They finally arrived without a packing slip or invoice, and not in the color I expected. I emailed them and asked about returning them, and received no reply. When I finally did reach Becky, who claims to be in their customer service department, she accused me of lying about when I contacted them, despite having a read receipt! I would never recommend this company to anyone, and would never purchase from them again.
