I had some Fsa money to spend & discovered that this company excepted this payment method. I thought "How convenient", turns out it was not convenient at all! I ordered a very expensive pair of Oakley X-metal shades & another pair of Oakley jawbones. I received the jawbones exactly like described in their defense, this was a successful transaction. The X-metals however arrived without a shipping invoice, no return information, & not even a receipt! They were obviously not new. So I decided to return them, which was quite the chore it turned out. Finally reached someone after multiple attempts & being left on hold for more than10 min. Each attempt. The women I spoke with, Becky I believe, argued with me on the condition of the item for more than 15 minutes then when she finally realized I was not going to give, tried to offer me a discount if I chose to keep the item. I refused multiple times until finally she decided to agree to refund my money upon returning the item. It has been 3 weeks now & still no refund has posted into my account. I am going to pursue legal action against this company & would advise anyone else who has posted a complaint to do the same. These people are criminals taking advantage of people & stealing our hard earned money!
