OpticsFast is the WORST company I have EVER dealt with & I am not exaggerating! I ordered Bvlgari sunglasses back in November and received them in an ugly cheap, damaged case. They were suppose to come in a beautiful Bvlgari case which is part of the lure of paying $300 for the glasses. When I complained, the company blamed it on their vender & told me they would address it. I finally received the new case at the end of December but since I was traveling for the holidays, didn't open the box til Jan 9. That's when I saw that this time it was a Bvlgari case but still the wrong one & EXTREMELY damaged. When I contacted the company via email about it, they blamed ME! They accused ME of damaging the case! How dare they?! What kind of customer service is that? I then called & asked to speak to Becky, who accused me & was told she would call me back. SHE NEVER DID! A few weeks later I called again & was told that they were not going to do anything else for my issue. I can't believe that this company has handled this situation so poorly over a case! All I wanted was what I paid for, sunglasses & the nice Bvlgari case it comes in.instead I got mistreated & then ignored. This is NOT a reputable company so beware ordering from them! Just thought you should know!
