I also bought a steam mop X5 in October it took 4 weeks to arrive, worked 10 minutes leaked water and stopped working. Although this machine has a three core cable it is fitted with a continental two pin plug so the machine is not earthed and has no fuse which is not up to british standard especially when used near water. After getting a returns number from customerservice@liberanetwork. Eu which is their Italian email address, I sent it back to thier registered office @ 19 Finchley lane on their instructions and it was signed for by Peter Yanev. After numerous emails to Italy and phone calls to Peter Yanev who has acted as a go between and given messages to Liberascelta's Accounts Director ANTONIO SCONZIANO I am still waiting for a total refund.
