I ordered a steam mop H20 X5 on 1.10.12 and promised delivery between 3-5 days. The product has not arrived. I checked with my Halifax bank and the money was taken from my account on 03.10.12. I have emailed them twice asking where the steam mop is and have had no reply. There is no telephone number on their correspondence and no number with BT Directory Enquiries. I am beginning to doubt their existence. Can you help please.
