I ordered an H2O X5 Steam Mop from My Joomla.com on the 15 Oct. Money taken on that day from credit card. Delivery advertised 3-5 days. Acknowledgement came from Liberascelta Di Sconzian in Italy via Liberascelta Network, Finchley Rd, London.
4 attempts to ascertain where my goods were but no info as yet only automatic replies. No phone number for customer service. I have contacted card issuer who counsel wait a bit more before initiating refund process.
